Trisha is a seasoned Executive leader, Leadership Assessor and Coach and Consulting Psychologist. Her 20+year career has encompassed a range of senior talent and leadership consulting roles, as well as in house executive leadership roles in blue-chip organisations. Most recent roles have included:

In these roles, Trisha has supported leaders to accelerate their transition into larger, more complex executive roles. At the enterprise level, she has designed and executed a range of talent and succession innovations and practices to ensure a deep talent bench in support of future growth and strategies. A talent identification and leadership assessment and development expert, she is astute at identifying leadership potential and is sought out for her capacity to apply these insights to support senior decision makers to make critical talent appointments. Working with CEO’s and VP’s, Trisha has been highly sought out for her ability to identify leaders’ unique leadership potential, and de-risk significant decisions in support of external appointments or internal transitions into more senior and complex roles. Organisations such as Telstra, NAB, University of Melbourne, Transurban, CBA have used Trisha’s skills and experience to identify and accelerate their most senior top talent executives of the future, and support excellence in succession planning.
